Recently, many localities have faced problems involving waste treatment facilities emitting unpleasant odors, excessive waste overflow, and leachate leakage, causing adverse effects on residents’ lives.
Despite the endeavors undertaken by these localities to address the situation, the core issue remains unresolved. It is not only in remote provinces but also in significant urban hubs with economic potential and technical proficiency, like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, that the problem of waste treatment overload is encountered.
